It is submitted that the site was again visited on 20.03.2024 and found that distance of the stack of the nearby unit from the classrooms of the school is more than 200 meters. Further, no separate guidelines has been issued for the Establishment of school. However as a safety measure a distance of 100 meter is taken from any educational institute while establishment of any air polluting unit. In this case the industrial unit is already established. In this school, around 1100 students area studying.
In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that Consent to operate under water Act, 1974 and Air Act 1981 may be granted to the school upto 30.09.2033 with usual conditions please.
