As no violation reported under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 by the visiting officer, if approved, CTO under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted to the HMP subject to the following specific conditions:
1. The industry will ensure to operate its machinery and pollution control devices in khasra no. 27//23/1 (2-5) in the revenue estate of village Sandhe Hasham, Distt. Ferozepur as per the self declaration submitted by it and in case of any violation in the matter, the CTOs granted by the Board under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 shall be deemed to have been cancelled/revoked without any prior notice/opportunity of personal hearing................
2. The industry shall be bound to comply with the zoning guidelines/ regularizations of Master Plan as and when notified by the Department of Town and Country Planning, Punjab and shall shift the industry to the conforming zone in case the site of the industry falls under non-conforming zone upon notification of the Master Plan..............
3. The consent to operate is granted to the industry from pollution angle and the industry shall obtain all the statutory clearances from the other departments, if required.............
4. The industry will comply with the code of practice as prescribed by the Board vide notification no. Admn./SA2/F.No.178/99/03 dt. 26.04.99 for hot mix plant.............
