The unit was visited by the undersigned on 20.03.2024 and during visit, the work regarding installation of piping, stacks etc were under process at site, as per decision of personal hearing dated 12.02.2024. The representative informed that the work will be completed within next 04-05 days. The case is pending on portal since 08.03.2024.
In view of above, it is requested that application of the unit be returned to the industry with an advice to resubmit the same after completing all the requisite work at site. Further, case cannot be returned from my portal, as its scrutiny is already completed, it is therefore, requested to return the same at your end, please. |
