The PP has submitted certificate from MC Bathinda vide no. 741 dated 21.3.2024 regarding NOC for sewer connection. if approved it is recommended that Consent to Establish (NOC) granted to the project promoter for construction/development of a commercial colony Project Promoter Times Square by Pioneer Developers" in an area of 6.38 acres having 69 no. commercial plots in the revenue estate of Mansa Road, Bathinda may be granted to the project proponent for a period of one year, subject to suitable conditions and special condition that:- 1. The Consent to Establish(NOC) is being granted for the development of the commercial colony in the revenue estate of Bathinda in an area of 6.38 acres bearing khasra nos. 3667/1 min, 3668/2 min, and 3670 min. 2. The project proponent will install the pollution control devices simultaneously with the commissioning of the project. 3. The project proponent will provide proper in-house management of Solid Waste and Shall develop the aerobic pits for management of Bio-degradable Solid Waste. 4. The project proponent will not make any expansion in the land area without intimation prior permission from the Board and shall keep the built-up area <20,000 sqm. 5. The project proponent will ensure that the municipal solid waste generated from its colony is handled in an environmentally sound manner and the Bio degradable solid waste be managed through in-house treatment, in compliance to the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. 6. This consent to establish is issued from pollution angle and the project proponent shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other concerned departments, as required. |
