It is submitted that the point wise reply are as under:
1. Whether, there is only generation of 1.5 KLD of wastewater. Need to recheck.
Reply: The industry has mentioned the total water consumption in the industry against the 40-45 labours as 2.1 KLD. Accordingly, the wastewater generation will be to the tune of 1.5 KLD as per the application form.
2. Whether STP can be operated with such small quantum of effluent. Although it is decision of the personal hearing to install STP but whether any technical feasibility report submitted by project proponent regarding STP installed by it.
Reply: The industry has provided STP as per the decisions of the personal hearing held before the CEE of the Board. However, no feasibility report is submitted by the industry.
3. No water meters installed by industry at the inlet/outlet of STP.
Reply: Sir, as per the note of undersigned dated 15.03.2024. The industry has complied with the observations raised by the visiting officer on 01.03.2024, including the installation of water meters. Photographs enclosed.
4. Total area developed for plantation.
Reply: The industry has now provided green belt along its boundary wall having 3 ft width approx., which seems adequate to utilize wastewater @ 1.5 KLD.
5. Any Air pollution/ process emissions from the industry..
Reply: The industry has provided 2 no. D.G. sets, which are equipped with canopies and stacks. Moreover, the industry has also installed inbuilt dust collector with the buffing section.
