Sir, the point-wise reply is as under:-
1. The stack emission sample of the industry was collected by the undersigned alongwith Lab staff on 18.03.2024. As per analysis report the concentration of Particulate Matter found 94 mg/Nm3 against the prescribed Standards of 150 mg/ Nm3, which is within the prescribed limits fixed by the Board.
2. The industry is complying with the SOPs prescribed for induction furnace.
3. The detail of re-circulation system of cooling water is attached.
4. The industry has provided the plants along the boundary of the industry, which is appox. 250 Sq.Yard, which is adequate to discharge the treated domestic effluent.
5. The industry in its reply submitted that final Completion certificate of APCD with furnace of capacity 7 TPH from PSCST as soon as possible.
6. The Compliance Report of NOC conditions verified by the visiting officer is attached.
