This issue has been discussed earlier also with your goodself in similar matters of consent cases of the industry under Air Act, 1981 involving expansion....
It is once again brought out that it was decided as under in the e-noting no. 19582356: “It shall be ensured that no further CTE/CTO for any new/expansion of dyeing units shall be given without the permission from Head office.”.....
The production capacity of the industry is increasing and it is a varied consent case.....
