The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused.
In light of the facts given in the said note and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that :
1. The industry may be granted ‘consent to operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, for six months with usual conditions & with special conditions as proposed by RO.
2. PSPCL authorties may be directed to temporarily restore the electric connection of the industry for six months, please.
