The comments in my note dated 29.02.2024 are as under:
Now the industry has applied for varied consent to operate. However, as reported by RO there is no increase in production capacity. Further in the application form, irrelevant document has been attached again and again at the place of prescribed documents.......
Accordingly, the matter was discussed with EE, RO-3 alongwith concerned officer with your gooodself...........
It was informed by the concerned officer that the industry was earlier granted CTO under Water Act, 1974 and under Air Act, 1981 under orange category for the cold store. Now, as per the new categorization of the Board, the cold store falls under green category as mentioned in the list code no. 3013........
Further, the clarification was raised to the industry to submit the documents regarding bifurcation details of cost of land , plant & machinery and site suitability certificate from the authority. In reply to the clarification raised the industry has submitted the desired documents which have been verified by the RO..........
