1. It is statedon note history that the industry is a orange category unit.
2. The industry, however, applied under Red category.
3. Last consent was also granted under Red Category.
4 Clarify above, as competency to decide the case will depend upon categorization and assets.
5. Clearly mention category number as per PPCB Categorinization done.
6. Also clarify, if the category filled by industry is wrong, and actually it is orange category, can we make a correction in certificate while generating consents.
7. Or the industry has to make corrections in their registeration. Please consult computer section also.
8. Competent Authority to decide the case.
