As reported by RO, PSPCL authorities have already disconnected power supply vide TDCO no. 203/561 dated 18.10.2023 in compliance to the directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974...........
Accordingly, it is recommended that the consent application of the industry be refused please............
