The project proponent has proposed to generate maximum 438 KLD of domestic effluent from the whole project and the land available for use of treated effluent is 1.2 acres which can accommodate @40 KLD effluent. The PP has proposed to dispose of the remaining 400 KLD onto land for plantation in the land area 29 k 14 m taken on lease for development as per karnal technology, however registered land deed not submitted in the matter.............
In view of above, if approved, show cause notice before refusal of consent to establish (NOC) be issued to the project proponent along-with an opportunity to submit written reply in the matter, within 10 days.
