1. As per RO note, the competency to decide the application is with SEE. However, total fixed assets are mentioned as 2410 lacs. No comment regarding competency are given by EEZO.
2. The PP has to obtain consent for first time. The Project is a school and is to be covered under building construction projects. RO has mentioned covered area in the note history but not the built up area. Before taking final decision on the application we have to check the applicability of EIA notification 2006 and ensuring that built up area shall not exceed 20,000 sq.mtr.
3. As per the application, effluent from the school is 40KLD. However, no detail treatment systems if any provided is given.
Please examine the above issues and again putup the file immediately with recommendations, so that matter may be placed before the competent authority. |
