In order to get compliance of the directions issued to the hotel u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and 31-A of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the site of the hotel was visited by the undersigned on 20.03.2024 and it was observed that the hotel was not allowing new occupancy in the hotel only hotel staff was present. Moreover, no room was booked in the hotel either through offline or through online booking agencies. The guest registration card record of the hotel was also audited and it was observed that as per the record no booking has been made in last 8 months (GRC record attached). The restaurant/kitty hall has also been non-operational since the orders are issued as informed by the representative of the hotel. The hotel has applied for obtaining Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
The hotel is complying with the directions issued by the Competent Authority of the Board.
