The industry has submitted the reply of the clarification as under:-
"In reference to the clarification reply is as under-
1. The industry will not install any drier and will do only sun drying.
2. The industry will install the APCD i;e cyclone at all the dust emitting points like grinding and shredding section.
3. The main raw material around 75% to 80% will be paddy straw , further for binding the industry will use press mud/mustard straw /other agriculture waste only as per availability.
Kindly grant us the NOC at the earliest please."
In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted NOC/consent to establish for one year with suitable conditions as per the policy of Board and with special condition that the industry shall install the APCD with proper hoods and stacks with its all dust emitting sources.
