It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTE (NOC) from pollution angle has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 12889-90 dated 22/3/2024 alongwith another opportunity of personal hearing before SEE (ZP-1) of the Board on 28/3/2024 (copy enclosed). It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the project proponent through special messenger/ e-mail/ WhatsApp and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the project proponent w.r.t notice and send fresh recommendation accordingly, well before the date of hearing. |
