It is submitted that the industry is a large scale orange category food processing unit category code 2007. The consent to operate was earlier granted at the Chief Environmental Engineer level and the certificate was generated in red category as industry applied for red category.
Discussed with computer section, the category cannot be change at this stage or during consent generation.
In view of the above, it is recommended that the renewal of consent as proposed earlier be granted to the industry upto 30.9.2028 with usual conditions & with special condition that
1) The consent granted is under orange category food processing unit with category code 2007.
