Sir, the industry is an orange category unit. However, lastly, it had applied under red category and accordingly granted consent under red category.
This time again, the industry applied for renewal, with same category i.e red category despite the fact that it falls under the orange category.
There is no provision to change the category at this stage except that a application is to be returned and its profile/registration is to be changed through computer section only. Otherwise, the consent will be issued again under red category and this process will be continued.
This will not only result in issuance of consent under wrong category but will create a wrong data base of the Board w.r.t red/orange/green units.
Please guide as to whether the application is to be returned, get the category corrected from computer section and then decide the consent case or grant the consent with wrong category (red in place of orange) |
