The application was scrutinized and it was observed that the Project Proponent was granted ‘Consent to Establish’ /NOC from pollution angle vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH3/2019/11117910 dated 16.10.2019, valid upto 31.03.2022 for establishment of residential colony
Now, the industry has applied for extension in validity (2 years) of Consent to Establish / NOC of the Board and also deposited 02 year CTE fee (50% of NOC fee, in case of extension). However, as per policy of the Board the validity of ‘consent to establish' (NOC) cannot be extended beyond five years from the date of issuance of the same. Thus, the present CTE cannot be extend beyond 15.10.2024.
