The application was scrutinized and it was observed that Earlier consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was refused vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH3/2023/23647436 dated 29.12.2023 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 víde no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH3/2023/23648434 dated 29.12.2023. The project proponent is required to submit the reply to the observations mentioned in earlier refused CTOs.
