As per the clarification raised it is submitted that:
1. PP has applied to SEIAA for obtaining EC and the status report in the matter has already been sent to the SEIAA vide Board’s letter no. 2903 dated 22.9.2023. Thus, pl intimate as to whether EC has been granted to the PP. If yes, please attach copy and also verify as to whether the proposal submitted in CTE is in line with EC or having any difference especially pollution control arrangements.
Reply: EC has been granted to the PP vide EC23-39PB110578 dated 8.11.2023 and compliance of the same is enclosed.
2. Further, RO has enclosed the reply of the SCN given to PP whereas, it was the onus on part of PP to submit the same so as to close the clarification online which is yet pending.

Project Proponent has proposed to carry out Its Own Arrangements for Collection and Treatment of MSW as per Act MSW 2016 Thought Biodegradable Organic Waste Will Be Treated in Composting Pits/ Composter Machine and Sellable Scrap to Recycler which is adequate.
The PP has proposed & pledged the same area under plantation for disposal of effluent as per karnal technology which has been mentioned in the application and at present the same is lying vacant at site – no development activity has been started in the mentioned area.
During visit the development and plotting of the site has been started.
Keeping in view of the above clarification may be raised to obtained the amended proposal from the PP regarding treatment/ management and disposal of the domestic effluent and solid waste to be generated from the project along with the compliance w.r.t. points of the EC granted to project.
