Details/facts/report alongwith recommendations are given in the note of AEE..
Submitted as per above recommendations given by AEE, it is recommended that :
a. Directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 may be issued to the PSPSL authority for releasing the electric connection of the project.
b. Directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 may be issued to the Tehsildar -cum- Sub-Registrar to execute the sale deed related to any plot/ flat/ house/ shop/ showroom/ any other component of this project.
c. The Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by AEE in his note above please..
