| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application and linking with record file of the industry, it was observed as under:
1. The industry is required to deposit/link adequate consent to operate fee under the Water Act and the Air Act.
2. There has been increased in the Gross fixed assets of the industry as compared to the CA certificate submitted during previous Consent applications. As such the industry is required to clarify regarding the increase.
3. The industry is required to submit compliance of the show cause notice issued to it.
Clarify within 02 days. |
