The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is, therefore, recommended that the consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2027, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
