The report of the Regional Office has been examined and observed as under: -
1. Regional Office is to clarify whether the industry has submitted any water balance report incompliance to the decision of hearing given to the industry by the Chairman of the Board on 22.08.2023.
2. Regional Office has not comment upon the applicability of EPR / registration under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 as decided in the hearing on 22.08.2023.
As such, EE, Regional Office may be asked to clarify the above observations immediately so as further action is to be taken to decide applications.
