Kindly peruse the note of AEE. In view of facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Seamless Pipes & Tubes @ 80 MTD may be granted upto 31/12/2025 with suitable conditions and special conditions as under:
1. The industry shall not generate and discharge any kind of trade effluent.
2. The industry shall use only PNG as fuel in its furnace and will not use any other fuel.
3. The industry shall not add any additional air polluting process without obtaining prior written permission of the Board.
4. The industry shall appoint a skilled person to operate the PNG fired furnace.
