As mentioned in the note history above, the industry has been identified by the officer of board violating the provisions of water act and air act and without valid consents/noc of the board. Thereafter directions for its closure have been issued by the competent authority. The PSPCL have disconnected the electric connection now after lapse of many months of the directions issued and the industry has applied for consents only after execution of directions of the competent authority. In view of above circumstances, can the unit be covered and given benefits of VDS scheme ??? If not, what is the proof of date of commissioning of the unit submitted ?
Please check the adequacy of consent fee deposited as per the same.
Furtherehat arrangements/ APCD provided with paint booth installed ? Also what is the quantity of Domestic effluent generation, its treatment if any and its disposal ? |
