It is recommended that the renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 22.08.2025 with usual conditions as per policy of the Board with special condition that the industry shall shift its unit from present location to industrial zone/area as per provisions of approved Master Plan, Jalandhar/policy of the Govt . (Competency Chief Environmental Engineer, Jalandhar). |
