Sir the note of RO may kindly be perused........
The industry was issued directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 as per which the industry had to close down its operations temporarily till the PDA plugs all the leakages and discharge of untreated effluent is stopped.......
As per the note of RO, compliance status have been sent to the Competent Authority vide e office file no. 215587 with recommendation to drop that directions........
As per the e office file status the said file is with RO to comment on certain observations as raised on it....
Thus, the said directions as issued by the Board u/s 33-A have not be withdrawn, yet.....
In light of above, it is recommended that the varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 as applied by the industry be refused, please...
