It is submitted that the application was scrutinized, and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has applied for obtaining CTE and has not filled the application form properly as only applied for banquet hall, however, as per approved layout plan and project report, rooms are also to be constructed.
2. The project proponent has attached the feasibility report for treatment of wastewater to be generated from banquet hall @ 300 nos. /day whereas the wastewater from rooms have not been considered.
3. The project proponent has attached the project report for provisions of 25 rooms whereas the rooms no. in layout plan is not clear.
4. The project proponent has proposed STP in the feasibility report whereas as mentioned septic tank as treatment of domestic effluent in the application form.
In view of above, the application is required to be returned with request to resubmit the same after attending the above said observations.
