• The industry is having valid CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 upto 31.03.2024............
• Application applied for extension in the validity of CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981..........
• The visiting officer has reported that the industry was visited on 22.03.2024 and observed that the industry was in operation. STP of capacity 50 KLD installed for treatment of domestic effluent, which was in operation. Effluent samples collected and the results are yet awaited. One no. of boiler of capacity 02 TPH installed with cyclone separator as APCD. No violation reported under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981............
• In view of above, if approved, CTO under the Water Act, 1974 be granted to the industry for manufacturing of cattle feed @ 680 TPD upto 31.03.2029/adequacy of consent fees, subject to the following special condition that the industry will not undergo any expansion w.r.t. its production capacity as well as land area without obtaining prior permission of the Board................
