• The industry is a large scale Red category unit engaged in processing of raw milk @ 120 KLD............
• The industry is having valid CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 upto 31.03.2024............
• Effluent samples were collected by the officer of the Board on 29.09.2023 from the outlet of the ETP and as per the analysis report, the conc. of various parameters were found within the permissible limits...........
• Lastly emission samples were collected by the officer of the Board on 15.12.2023 from the common stack provided with the boiler of capacity 03 TPH & 800 kg/hr and as per the analysis report, the conc. of particulate parameter were found within the permissible limits..........
• Application applied for extension in the validity of CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981............
• The visiting officer has reported that the industry was visited on 20.03.2024 and observed that the industry was in operation. ETP installed and the same was in operation. Flow meter provided at the outlet of the ETP, record regarding the same being maintained. Plantation provided an area of 1.5 acres at a distance of 500 meter from the industry, the condition of the plantation was observed to be good. The boiler of capacity 03 TPH (twin cyclone as APCD) & 800 kg/hr (multi-cyclone as APCD). No violation reported under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981............
• In view of above, if approved, CTO under the Water Act, 1974 be granted to the industry for processing of raw milk @ 120 KLD upto 31.03.2029/adequacy of consent fees, subject to the following special conditions that:-...........
1. The industry will operate its ETP regularly & scientifically and shall maintain the proper record of the effluent generated/ treated………….
2. The industry shall ensure proper availability of the land area for disposal of treated effluent at all times; will ensure no stagnation in the said plantation area at any time and will be bound to increase the same if stagnation is observed in it at any time………..
3. The industry will get its effluent/emission samples analyzed from the Board's lab/Approved lab of the Board, within 03 months………..
4. The industry will not undergo any expansion w.r.t. land area/production capacity without prior written permission of the Board………..
