• The industry is a solvent extraction plant and was granted consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 with validity upto 31.03.2024 for production of Rice Bran Oil @ 20 TPD and de-oiled cake @ 130 TPD..........
• Now the industry has applied for extension in the validity of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981............
• The visiting officer has reported that the industry was visited on 19.03.2023 and it was observed that the industry was not in operation. Boiler of capacity 04 TPH installed with multi-cyclone as APCD. D.G set of capacity 320 KVA installed with canopy and adequate stack height. No violation reported under the Air Act, 1981............
• In view of above, if approved, CTO under the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2029/as per adequacy of consent fees, subject to the following special conditions that:-...........
1. The industry will get its emission samples analyzed from the Board's lab/Approved lab of the Board, within 01 month………..
2. The industry will not undergo any expansion w.r.t. land area/production capacity without prior written permission of the Board………..
