Sir, the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 26.03.2024 and observed that the industry has applied for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 for the industry situated at Bulandpur Road Behind Amar Coach Builder Jalandhar.
However, the industry is situated at plot No. 17-18 Gadaipur, Udyog nagar Jalandhar, which was incorrect.
If approved the application may be returned with request to apply consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 with correct address.
