The industry had earlier applied under VDS scheme with Rs. 5000/- as VDS fee head. That application had been returned with direction to the industry to apply with penalty and previous CTO fee as the industry was identified by the officer of the Board and directions had been issued. Thereafter, the industry has re-applied this application with additional fees. The industry has submitted electricity bill mentioning the date of connection i.e. 02.12.2019 as date of commissioning. CTO fees have been calculated to be adequate upto 30.11.2025 only after taking previous year fee and penalty into consideration. Further, the industry has provided paint booth with water curtain as APCD.
Submitted for grant of CTOs as recommended earlier.
