As per the proposal of the industry only 100 ltr of the effluent will be generated from the washing etc. and electric evaporator installed by the industry is adequate to handle such effluent loads.
Further, the site is located in M/s CCI industrial estate & clusters co-operative industrial society limited and it had obtained CTE/NOC from the Board as per which Red/Orange/Green are allowed in the industrial park with condition that the industry will operate on ZLD Technology.
As the industry is orange category and is based on ZLD technology the same can be considered for grant of consent to operate from the Board.
In the view of above, it is recommended that the 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2028, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions mentioned in earlier note.
