The report and recommendation of RO be perused. Earlier, the industry has not produced agreement with JBR Technology for lifting of trade effluent and any record of water consumption during visit. The industry has not applied for renewal of CTOs, as such the directions for Disconnection of electricity along with Sealing of machinery. The industry has applied after removing the shortcomings. As per record the industry is in operation fron 2006 and as mentioned in SCA letter letter no 1329-30 dated 15.3.2013 that the site falls in General Industrial Zone.
May if approved:-
1. Directions u/s 33-A of Water Act 1974 be issued for de-sealing of water polluting process/DG set.
2. Directions u/s 33-A of Water Act 1974 be issued to PSPCL Authorities for restore the electric connection of the industry temporarily for six months.
3. Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for six months with usual conditions as per policy of the Board and with special condition.
