Sir, the record file of the colony was check and observed that Directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 were issued against the colonizer to the PSPCL, GLADA and Revenue Authorities. The colonizer / project proponent failed to submit reply / compliance of these directions with the application. The project is covered under Environmental Clearance as per EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 and PP has not obtained the same and has not even submitted any document regarding applying for EC. No proposal for treated water Disposal submitted. As such, the case could not be processed at stage, if approved, the case may be returned to the project proponent with request to re-apply the application after attending above observations. |
