It is submitted that the reply of observations of ZO is as under:
1. The industry has proposed to use 0.14 KLD of freshwater in its process. Accordingly, 0.14 KLD of trade effluent shall be generated from the unit. The industry has submitted a copy of agreement executed with M/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd., Kurali for lifting trade effluent @ 3500 ltr.
2. The industry had earlier carried out trial runs at the site and accordingly, 3500 lts of trade effluent was got lifted on 19.12.2023 by operator of CETP at Ludhiana, M/s JBR Technologies.
3. Presently, the industry is not in operation and no trade effluent was seen lying present in the premises of the unit during visit on 14.03.3034.
