Sir, the industry has informed that they have planned shut down of 22 TPH Boiler and Refinery till 09th April - 2024 which can be extended for 2-3 days i.e up till 12th April - 2024. The industry will restart our plant operations by 13.04.2024..
In view of above, the compliance of the various environmental Laws cannot be checked while the plant is under shutdown.
Therefore, in order to avoid deemed approval, it is requested to return the application to the industry with request to resubmit the same after the plant made in operation so as to allow this office to check various compliance after visit. |
