Sir, the application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was found that the industry has not submitted distance certificate from revenue authority clearing specifying fulfilment of 100 mtr clause from MC/NP limit and 15 pucca houses etc. Further, gross fixed assets corresponding to land & building has not been included in the CA certificate. Moreover, the khasra nos. pertaining to the industry has been mentioned in land use classification certificate. Therefore, the application of the industry may be returned back with the request to re-submit the same after attending the aforesaid shortcomings. |
