It is submitted that the HCF has earlier vide application dated.......... has submitted for obtaining consents of the Board, which was returned back, due to following shortcomings :-
1. The project proponent has proposed to increase the bed capacity from 81 to 125 beds. However, the project proponent has not submitted the revised location plan/site plan and permission of any new land, construction of new building from competent authority.
2. The project proponent has not revised the quantity of consumption of fresh water and generation of wastewater and its disposal in its application form.
3. The project proponent has not submitted the adequacy certificate of ETP installed by Civil Hospital, Sangrur to treat the additional effluent of said hospital.
4. The project proponent has not deposited the adequate fee for increase in bed capacity.
Therefore, the application was returned back. Now, the HCF has again submitted afresh application without attending the aforesaid observations.
As such, may if approved, the application of the HCF be returned back with the request to re-submit the same and also may be advised to visit help desk of this office during office hours.
