• The industry is bio-mass power plant engaged in the production of Electricity @ 6 MW and was having valid CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 upto 31.03.2024………..
• The industry has applied for extension in the validity of CTOs under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981………
• The industry was visited by the officers of the Board on 13.03.2024 and it was observed that:-……….
1. The industry was in operation ……….
2. Boiler of capacity 31.5 TPH installed. ESP installed as ACPD. Emission sample collected and as per the analysis report, the conc. of PM is 127 mg/Nm3, which is within the prescribed limits……….
3. CCTV cameras installed with the stack and same are connected with the server of the Board……….
4. Neutralization pit provided for treatment of wastewater generated from regeneration of D.M. plant, boiler blow down and cooling towers blow down. Plantation provided in an area of 5 acres for discharge of effluent after Neutralization tank………..
• In view of above, if approved, consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2029 /adequacy of consent fees, subject to the following special conditions that:-………..
1. The industry will ensure to utilize 5% of their fuel requirement by Refused Derived Fuel (RDF) so as to comply with Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016…………..
2. The industry will get its emission/effluent sample analyzed from the Board's lab/approved lab of the Board as per the policy of the Board…………..
