The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended that the industry may be granted fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, upto 31.12.2024 (i.e. upto validity of rent deed) with usual conditions & with special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
