In reference to clarification raised by your good-self, the point wise reply is as under:-
1. The matter was discussed with the other Regional Offices and it has been informed that the legal opinion was taken from the SLO, Head Office, Patiala regarding categorization of the poultry farm having in house feed mill and according to legal opinion, the poultry farm with feed mill falls in green category.
2. The poultry farm is lifting its bird droppings to the farmers free of cost as manure from its sheds directly during cleaning.
3. No significant smell was observed outside the poultry farm.
4. No such separate records for generation and disposal of bird droppings is being maintained by the poultry farm.
5. The poultry farm has constructed holding tank for waste water as per latest guidelines.
Further, the clarification has been raised to the poultry farm to submit the latest report of Revenue Department accordingly fresh recommendations can be given after the receipt of the same.
