The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is, therefore, recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2025 subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
