The application has been examined and found as under:-...........
1. The DTP, Fazilka vide its letter no. 91 dated 09.02.2024 has mentioned that site falls in the Industrial Zone as per the PLU of under preparation Master Plan, Fazilka. It has been further mentioned in the said letter itself that the site falls in the notified Local Planning area of Fazilka. The report regarding the distance from the National Highway bye-pass and scheduled Road not mentioned in the said report. Moreover, it has been reported that the site falls within 500 meter from the State Highway-20 i.e. Fazilka-Ferozepur State Highway, however as per policy dated 15.10.2023, the distance of the State Highway should be more than 500 meter.............
2. The report of SDM/Tehsildar not attached with the application regarding distance from village phirni/lal lakir, wild life statutory, Zoo, Residential area, Educational Institute, Historical Religious Plant and Protected monuments............
3. As per the provisions of the order dated 15.10.2013 passed by the Department of Science, Technology & Environment, the industry shall not be located in the high tension transmission zone of PSPCL, however as per the report of the visiting officer, a high tension wire passes through the industrial premises............
In view of above, if approved, show cause notice before refusal of 'consent to establish' (NOC) be issued to the project proponent along-with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Competent Authority...........
