• The visiting officer has reported that the industry was visited on 19.03.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation with its pulverizer section only. Three stage bag filter house installed as APCD to control the dust emissions of pulverizer section, generated during the cutting of paddy. Two number digesters provided for digestion of slurry of raw material to produce methane gas. Pipe line has been laid down from its sister concerned unit namely M/s Nasa Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. (solvent plant) to use its entire untreated effluent into these digesters. Acoustic room provided in the power generator room to control the noise level. No generation of trade effluent. No violation reported under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.............
• In view of above, if approved, consents to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be further extended with validity upto 31.03.2029/adequacy of consent fee, subject to the following specific conditions:
1. The industry shall get its emission samples analysed from Boards Lab/approved Lab of the Board, within one month. .............
2. The industry shall ensure to utilize entire effluent of its sister concerned unit namely M/s Nasa Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. And shall maintain proper record of the same by installing flowmeters etc. on the pipeline leading to the digestor……………….
3. The industry shall ensure to maintain proper record of the fresh water consumed in the process. ................
