As proposed by RO, it is recommended that fresh ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the project proponent for period upto 30.09.2028 for operation of bakery unit for manufacturing of cookies and biscuits @ 08 T/day, Bread and Rusk @ 08 T/day, Fruit cake @ 04T/day, Mathi @ 03 T/day, Puff and Pastries @ 04T/day (by operating 01 Frying pan of capacity 300 Kgs, 07 no. rotary ovens of capacity of 2688 Kgs, 01 rotary oven of capacity 1344 Kgs) along with discharge of trade effluent @ 02 KLD and Domestic Effluent @ 04 KLD into CETP of Mega Food Park subject to suitable conditions along with following special conditions that:
A)The industry shall comply with all the conditions imposed by PAIC vide letter no: PAIC/MFP/2023/Anandkartar9/235-37 dated 29.11.2023.
B) The industry shall dispose off its bio-degradable solid waste at Solid Waste Processing Plant of PAIC at Mega Food Park, Ladhowal.
