It is submitted that action as per decision no. 1, the relevant letter has been issued at ZO level.
Further, w.r.t. legal opinion, the matter was taken up with SLO yesterday, however, he was occupied and could not discuss the matter. Accordingly, the matter shall again be taken up next week.
Now, the online CTE application is pending since long, and the o/o CEO PBIP is constantly flagging this pending CTE application from time to time.
As such, if approved, this pending CTE application may be returned online, so as to avoid unnecessary pendency of application.
In the meantime, the matter shall be taken up with SLO of the Board and the matter shall be put up accordingly on e-noting separately.
